I am on day 23 and there is no sign of hatching, what should I do? I have 16 eggs in there. Could a power outage on day 10 for 5 hours kill them or prolong the growth?

It could have slowed their growth a bit. Did you candle the eggs at all?

Well, what did they look like? Any movement or veining?

Did you calibrate a thermometer and set it inside the incubator at level of the top of eggs ?
Often batirs are not accurate and off a little bit can cause delays
Also the power outage may or may not play a factor
It happens to a buyer of my duck eggs for 13 -14 hours
They had to eventually take them to her work where there was a generator as the power was out for a few days last winter
All 6 babies hatched

on day 8 there was a lot of veining and a little movement on day 18 before lockdown the air cell was getting bigger and the egg was almost full and haven't touched them since

You can Candle again but don’t lift the eggs up keep them in the position they are in for hatching

In my green eggs I can only see the air cell the rest is black inside, there are white spots starting to pop up on the egg
