i need help can anyone tell me a chicken breed that is friendly lays a medium number oof eggs and lays large eggs

i chose barred rock, buff orpington, silver laced wyandotte, & black australorp. i'm very happy with the choice. calm, friendly, large brown eggs (no eggs yet - too young). these are also "heavy breeds" because i wanted birds that didn't fly that much.
