    I had 7 8 week old baby chicks. Now Ive got bloody poop and 3 dead chicks and two lethargic and 2 that seam ok. This has only happened in a short time! Help i dont know what to do next ! a little scared!!

    It sounds like Coccidiosis. Look it up here on the forums, there are numerous posts about it. You will need to get them something called Corrid as soon as possible.

    I agree with Reurra. Purchase Corid 9,6% Corid liquid solution at your feed store, it'll be in the cattle section. Dosage is 9.5cc's per gallon of water for 5-7 days. Your sick birds wont drink it from a waterer. Use an eyedropperful of the mixture and put a couple of drops on the side of the beak to drink. Do this to each sick bird 6-7 times a day until they are able to drink the mixture on their own. Remove and dispose soiled litter often. Time is of the essence or you'll lose them.
