btw, does "rooster booster pick no more" sting? Cuz my little Tic-Tac does NOT like to have it applied!
 
You did good by separating the two. You can watch them to see what is going on and watch the temp closer. Smaller chicks need more attention. I think you will do well from here on out. :)
