Ok so i am new to the hatching process, so there was an egg that had been peeping for around 18-20 hours, it started cheeping really loud so i candled it to see where the chicks head was in the air cell and i carefully poked a hole in the opposite side to ensure i didn't hit the chick. So i get it halfway out of the shell and i notice its very very small, twice as small as my other chicks that i watched hatch. Its yolk is halfway absorbed and its very weak, it poked through the skin of the egg, that stuff between the chick and the egg, and it started bleeding bad, i feel awful and just want want to put it out of its misery, what should i do? I will post pictures as soon as possible

Thanks! I have wrapped a warm wash cloth around it to keep it moist! I will keep you guys posted!
