I don't know if dropping the price does that much good.
no matter how much you are asking, the buyer is going to offer you less.
It can trip the trigger.

we are right at the verge of a big storm. It might have a tornado in it.
about 80 miles north, they have reported about 35 cars with windshields knocked out by hail.. most of the damage so far is along highway 8. I am just 5 miles north of highway 29..
Hope it misses you Jim...wonder if it's the cold front due here Sunday, wish it'd get here sooner.

You could well be right. We're just caught in the pincers right now, we own 2 houses (terrifying), waiting for one to sell and the other to be completed enough so we can move in and start all the projects we have planned. Once we can move I know we'll fret less.

I made that mistake on a spec house.
after the people bought it, they told me that they watched the ad for months.. that didn't make me feel very good..

Prayers it's run out of steam by the time it gets to you

we had quite the light show. I believe one could stand outside and read a newspaper.
there was one tornado south of us. Anne was at work south of here in Mosinee. the tornado went just about six miles south of where she was working..
My house is so tight, I couldn't tell if it was windy or not..
the storm didn't lose any steam as it entered Lake Michigan. It's path looked like it was going to be north of Art.. IDK if it hit Michigan's west side hard or not..
DD has about 250 seedling plants in pots on the lawn in our back yard. they all look OK this morning.the plants are about 8" tall.
My tractor is still stuck. I couldn't budge it with the 4WD pickup truck. now with this rain it will stay stuck for a couple more days until we get two dry days in a row..
It is sunk down to the draw bar..

That one went north of me, but heard briefly on the radio that there were a lot of power outages. Another coming along this afternoon, may pass you too....lots of rain forecast here with some severity possible.

I am just DONE with this heat...made the dog stay in the cooler lower level most the day yesterday and last night. He wasn't too happy but was definitely a good call to keep him cooler.
Am ready for the rain...and cooler temps to come after it!
I'll be all like.......

Been there, done that. We couldn't sell our house in Florida for a decent price so we rented it to our son.
