Aart, it looks like you got hit with some more snow. anybody else ? Mospet ?
we got only about 3" of light fluffy stuff. easy to sweep the car off.
Early this morning I racked all three wine jugs Now I wait for awhile longer..
Dan bought a different wood burner for out in the shop. I want to get it in place asap. Curious to see how well it will heat.
it is a semi airtight stove. don't know the make or model..

We got a couple inches last night in an hour of whiteout.
Then rain all day today, almost hit 40, but didn't melt all the snow.
Slush city and dropping temps.
I cleared my critical walking areas of slush.
Not sure how the driveway when the rain to ice storm happens Fri night.

Cold rain for me here in NC. I didn't get the fence charger proven dry before it started raining again, but I do have it wedged to create a slight downhill for the button well.

I need 4-5 dry days in a row because I don't want to lock the wet in by putting a cover on before I'm 100% sure it's absolutely dry.

Happy New Year.
I hope each day becomes better than the one before.
Two weeks until my next hip surgery.
I screwed up yesterday. fixing a basement window. I stood on the step ladder too long and now both hips hurt today.

Use hardware cloth. Chicken wire does not keep all predators out.

So the Cardiologist says if my heart problem doesn't bother me I can just ignore it. If it does, they can try to fix it. But the tachycardia has to occur while they are working to fix it. Yeah, pass on all that for now .

What is the average size and how many birds do they hold comfortably?
