Hot here today. I was working outside putting the lawn mower back together
Hit a blocker. I need an intake manifold gasket. I have one waiting for me in town.
The corn around here is growing about a foot a day. My grapes are responding to the humid weather as well. so is the lawn,.
Humid and hot here but not much rain.
Beans across the road are about 2 inches tall

it was too hot to do anything outside .
I waited until seven PM to go work on the lawn mower. It was windy. and soon it began to thunder and then I got rained out. didn't get anything done.
The storm slid from north to south just to the east of us. It hit wausau head on. It knocked a large branch off of my daughters tree in her front yard.
Suddenly we have a black ash tree growing along the wind break along the driveway. IDK, do birds eat the helicopter seeds ?

It is very difficult to get anything done these days. Too hot, too rainy or too dark. Frustrating.

I have the lawn mower all back together. Need to charge the battery.
I am also going to put two longer bolts to hold the solenoid bracket on. They expect you to attach two ground wires to the bolts that are too short.
I want to drain the oil before I start it up. It needs an oil change.
I had to give up because it got too warm.

I hope everyone has a cool place to hide. I am thinking about planting
palm trees.
this afternoon I hope to start the lawn mower
I have therapy first thing this morning.
Annie discovered a black ash tree growing along the driveway. one of those helicopter seeds must have flown in from a long way away.
Lots of ash trees is the area are being cut down because of the ash borers.

well, i did start the mower. it ran good. but, after i shut it down, it would not start again. flooded while running. I think the electric sensor for the float is shot. I have no clue how to test it.
I can buy a new carb complete for twenty dollars. That's what I ended up doing for my rototiller. so much easier.
Things aren't meant to be rebuilt anymore anyway. I also would go with a new carb
