good Sunday morning,
I just got back in the house. coffee is brewing
I weeded the 3 established grape vines , staked and tied them up.
I learned that if you get off the rider mower and it shuts off automatically , you have to turn the key off if you aren't getting right back on. the battery goes dead in 3 days.. maybe less, IDK..
we can smell the smoke from the fires up in Canada. it is drifting down to Minn and then the westward wind carries it to us.
maybe some rain would push it down to the ground ??

One more thought on that key..... your hour meter is not smart enough to tell if the engine is running, just if the key is on so leaving the key on over night Jacks up the number of hours on the counter even though the engine was off....... I used to have a guy in the shop who was a little slow, he couldn't always remember to shut the keys off and couldn't figure out how customers mowers in for tune up jumped 30 hours on the hour meter, that's how long it look(give or take) for the battery to die...... with cubs new warranty, 3 years no hour limit, it's not as big a deal but the old warranty was 3 years 120 hours so it was a big deal. Just a thought

Ha BTDT!!!...luckily I can jump it from my van. I never get off without turning the key.
Mine won't shut the engine off when I get off(seat safety switch) unless the PTO(mower or thrower) is engaged.

Gotta get caught up on the mowing before a few days of rain coming ahead, takes all day for heavy dew to dry enough to mow, right about when it reaches the highs in mid 80's. SMH.

Might have gotten my first BCMxCCL egg this morning, broken on the roost board, but still!

do you pray ? I don't very often.
last night I was feeling so bad about having to keep Zeke in the kennel that I did a heartfelt prayer/wish that somebody would come get him. this morning I have an inquiry about him .. I sure hope the people can use him..

I pray most days.. usually it is thanking for what I have recieved
prayer does help

yeah Art, this was my first and last time I will do so.. my seat switch still works. I am not going to disconnect it like so many do. Not so much for my safety , but if I have someone else mow for me I don't want them getting hurt..
be careful when you scrape that egg off the board and fry it. I don't think there is much nutrients in the poo.
