I hear good things about hip replacements. Still seems a long way to go to avoid cooking Thanksgiving dinner. My birthday is on Thanksgiving once every 7 years and on those years I do not make dinner. Tell her to try that next time.I went to the Bone & Joint clinic today.
I have to go back in a couple of weeks to schedule a hip replacement. just the left one.
the right one is not bothering me,,,,,,,yet.
I won't have it done until in 2020. Annie's has to heal up first. she is having hers done on the day before Thanksgiving.
She will do just about anything to get out of cooking..![]()
Sounds like a good improvement in hip surgery..... I would rather cook turkey thoughthe doctors here do the less invasive procedure
a small incision from the front and most people are up and about the next day.
I finished the in between studs shelf today. I used all scrap wood for it. It looks real nice .
I am not going to build any more shelves for awhile. got to get back at sorting stuff and tossing stuff..

I understand about that backtaking a noon break . now when we get a little done in the garage, it really shows.
we emptied the apartment sized freezer. It had only a dozen chickens in it. Now we can sell it.
(or give it away )..
I hung up two 6 foot x 30 inch pieces of peg board. I rehung all of the antique saws on it.
they had to go somewhere anyway, so why not make it look nice, eh?
Time to grab some lunch and go back at it.
back is holding up pretty well today.
