Non-specific chest wall pain the cartilage in my ribs would inflame and press on my heart and lungs feel like you can't breathe and you can't take a full breath or laugh or cry or gas or yell.I've had them many times because of my asthma and I always enjoy the vacation from the arthritis while they're working.
I've also had a bad recovery from them -- the last time I had bronchitis this severe in fact -- when I had a particularly long course of steroids.
Bottom line is that, regardless of anything else, I HAVE TO BREATHE.
Eventually, I recovered. Hopefully you will get there too.
