it looks like the frost season is over.
our blackberries are not blossoming at all,. they do this every few years.
however, out mulberry tree is setting berries.
first time since I planted it 8 years ago.
the apple, pear and plum trees have dropped all of their blossoms. the elderberries are just starting to blossom. the joy of living up nort.
I dragged the garden once more for good measure
then got the corn planter ready and it started to rain. 2 hours earlier than predicted,. we got 6/10 of an inch. not good for planting, the good for the raised beds.

Molpet, I hope you got some rain.
garden was too wet to use the seeder. so the corn did not get planted . again,..
beans are sprouting. but only coming up, hit and miss.
every pea seed sprouted
getting blossoms on the tomatoes, despite that they are not tall enough to stake, yet.

Yes I got 1.20" :celebrate
A nice slow all day rain.
I was out with the poultry and heard a large branch come down. No wind at the time. Of course it fell on the poultry net fence. Glad I heard it. I check the fence already that morning. This was in a spot out of sight.
I was able to get the posts on either side out of the ground. A couple posts popped out where the branch hit....roll it off the fence. No damage to the fence. The branch was about the diameter of me

starting to sprinkle right now, time for our every other day rain.
I don't know how I will ever get the corn planted.
brother is coming today. he is going to help me drag the big tiller out of the lean to. I have not told him so, yet.
otherwise: the raised beds are growing great.
