HELPPP!!!

I'm not quite sure what the regular waterers, and I don't know if it varies by location or something. How much water does the cup hold?

That's a quart size waterer. Follow the dosage instructions above, adjusting the amount for a quarter batch instead of a gallon.
Yeah but when I was shopping for the medicine I went to TSC to ask for instructions and she said to add 5 table spoons for my cup,
 
You need to get them a heat lamp. They still aren't fully feathers and shouldn't be outside. The ducks didn't give the chicks the disease. You said you removed the ducks, did you re home them or something else? What brand of chick starter are you feeding? You said their crops never empty? That is concerning.
At night, can you take the food away until morning to assure they haven't eaten anything? Then feel their crops to see if its empty for full. If its full, its probably a crops issue. I have no experience with crop issues, so hopefully others can help.

That is to much. You need to follow the instructions listed above. Are you still seeing bloody poops? Can you post a photo of the living quarters?
