They have a some bloody poops but it improved still see some but I wanna know why there crop is full but there starving and how can I fix it?

How does their crop feel? Soft, hard? You are still seeing some bloody poops? Are you still administering the Corid?

Yeah but when I was shopping for the medicine I went to TSC to ask for instructions and she said to add 5 table spoons for my cup,

You need to get them a heat lamp. They still aren't fully feathers and shouldn't be outside. The ducks didn't give the chicks the disease. You said you removed the ducks, did you re home them or something else? What brand of chick starter are you feeding? You said their crops never empty? That is concerning.
At night, can you take the food away until morning to assure they haven't eaten anything? Then feel their crops to see if its empty for full. If its full, its probably a crops issue. I have no experience with crop issues, so hopefully others can help.

That is to much. You need to follow the instructions listed above. Are you still seeing bloody poops? Can you post a photo of the living quarters?

The Corid dosage for a quart waterer is 1/2 tsp of the liquid Corid or 1/3 tsp of the powder. Give it for 5-7 days. Make sure they are all drinking the treated water.
