Not sure if I should cull the ones with symptoms still. Been 48 hrs on the Lincomycin and at least four still have bubbles in eyes and swollen face

Not sure if I should just cull these ones. Still bubbles in eyes after 48 hrs on Lincomycin. Everyone else doesnt have bubbles

Got everyone out except for the messed up ones on the table. Theres still sneezes and Duck sounds kinda raspy and hes grouchy. This is day three of lincomycin. When duck had mg a yr and a half ago, he was the worst one. Maybe it comes back crappy for him...just wish the head flicking and sneezing would go away so I can stop having so much anxiety

Just want to update what they look and sound like tonight. They just sat down for bed. There's no coughing or sneezing. Sneezing all day tho. And the annoying head shaking. Cocoa, the 8yr old still sounds kind of sick. Crossing fingers that they stop this on Monday.

Uptalk, the last one also shakes her head outside. Been powdered three times so far. I see no parasites on them.

Have you looked around the vents and the heads at night just to be sure there are no mites? Those come out at night time for the most part.

Could also be since you have some respiratory illness, they are shaking their head do to that. A couple look to be molting? New feather growth can be prickly and lastly, there looks to be some dry combs, not surprising in winter, but wonder if that's itchy. You could put a little VetRx on the combs and face to see if that makes a difference.

I held down the worst head shaker and stuck a qtip in her ear. First a thick tiny black chunk came out and then this brown. Looking up what to put in her ear if it's in fact ear mites

Were they moving?
Could it be wax or a bit of infection since they have respiratory illness too?

General care for infected ears is to drop 1 drop in the ear (don't flood the ear!) clean/wipe what you can, then put a little triple antibiotic ointment in the ear.
IF there are mites in there, the Peroxide and ointment will probably smother them.
You don't want to load the ear up with stuff though, a little will do it. Watch the ears and repeat in a couple of days.
