hen cant walk!!

i have a 5 month old hen that cant walk. the acts like her leg is broke. what can i do for her?

Can you describe how rapidly this happened and also is there any change in her eye coloring..

Is she swaggering or totally not walking.

i walked in the hen house and seen her i thought that she was tryin to lay an egg. then i sraced her and she wobbled out side. she will try to walk but she falls forwards or backwards.
