Hen has purple comb and wont walk far! Please help :(

My silver sebright has a purple comb and wont walk far. She has laid an egg, she has been wormed very recently. Her crop is full, but I'm not sure if she has been drinking. When I hold her she closes her eyes. Shall I bring her inside? What can I give her? She is about 4 or 5 years old and I really don't want to lose her

. I introduced two other healthy sebrights about 1-2 weeks ago. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Edited for: Could it be a heart problem or an impacted crop?

Her droppings are white with brown in them, quite liquidy. She seems to have perked up a bit, she will walk into the nesting boxes and stand at the door, but her comb is still purple and she is a bit droopy. Any ideas please from anyone would be greatly appreciated

Good-ish news. Her condition appears to have improved! I massaged her crop as I now suspect impacted crop and went to get some oil. When I came back she ran (first time I have ever seen her do this) and stopped. I could not catch her so I can put the oil down her throat, but she has gone off food completely. I will continue to massage her crop and she is now wandering around with the other chickens
