Hen laying clumps of shells

Yes the calcium is not good for long term. When she gets it, does she stop having the thin shells?
So after getting the calcium last night she layed today. A bit smaller then her normal (she’s always laid small for her size-her sister lays much bigger then her) it was misshapen a bit and was thin shelled… when I cracked it opened toke was there but there was a white blob about the size of a nickel that was like cheese curd so I assume pus… it was very soft and mucky was in a round blob but unravelled to this

That looks like lash egg material, caseous exudate/pus. She likely has salpingitis. An antibiotic such as amoxicillin, Bactrim/sulfa, or enrofloxacin might help in early stages.
Today didn’t look too bad..
same size she normally lays.. slightly off shape (pic is beside her sister’s egg)
Yolk and inside look good today.
Still trying to source those antibiotics here in Canada. I can get some amoxicillin from Mike’s falconry Supplies but last time it took 14 days to get here and shipping cost $40😳
Trying to find somewhere faster but if all else fails will order from him
Just worried 14 days will be too long to wait. Still giving her nano silver, oregano & thyme
