Hen lethargic, loosing feathers, and not moving much

This tells me she's likely dealing with an oviduct obstruction. It may be a shelless egg stuck in the shell gland or, worst case, a tumor in her oviduct. It doesn't bode well that this hasn't resolved yet.

I'm going to advise you to run down to Walmart and get a bottle of this kind of calcium. It's the citrate form and is absorbed quicker than Tums. Do not get the "petite" kind. Give her one whole tablet directly into her beak. No, she will not choke. Shove it into the right side of her beak as far back as you can so she doesn't fire it back out.

You can also fix up a crate for her with a heating pad on low under a damp towel to provide moist heat to relax her tissues and muscles. Make sure she has plenty of fresh water to drink as this condition can dehydrate her, adding to her problems.

another update. chicken actually started improving a few days after my last update. She never passed anything. But She’s much more alert and normal now. Eating and drinking normally. Using the perching bar. So thanks everyone in this thread for all your help :)
my family members made me put her back outside and she is doing fine out there. But now we have a new problem. She’s now limping rly badly and her foot is swollen. But I don’t see any scabs that would signal bumblefoot. She doesn’t put any pressure into the swollen foot. And she doesn’t go back inside the coop at night by herself (I’m guessing because it hurts to go up the ramp). I didn’t notice anything wrong with her foot when I first brought her inside. I’ve attached pictures of her foot.
