Hen or Drake?

Sorry, poor lighting, camera I had with me was not the best, and duck woudn't stand still!
But, you get the idea.

Looks like there is a drake curl but its very hard to say. You'll need a pic that is much more clear to get a definite answer.

If there is a feather on the tail that curls up sharply, then its a drake. Looks small, is it a call?

He doesn't have anything that curls up sharply, just sort of messed up looking tail. He is small, idk what he is, he was given to me (for free) by a
breeder at a poultry show. He IS small, he's the same size as our banty light brown leghorn pullets...Anyway, we got a better pic of him, but I will post it in a bit.

Usually males have more colorful feet though. What noise is she making? (Now I'm thinking its a female.)
