Hen or Roo, I’m confused

My buff Orpington that I thought was hen started faintly crowing. All the babies are about 17 weeks old. Karen pictured is way bigger than the rest, comb and waddles are huge. I am new at this and I know sometimes the head hen will crow. Can any one help me please!
