Hen or Roo? (Yeah, I know everyone ask's this)

They look like pullets to me. You're going to love them, my two are great birds!

I have hatchery quality GLWs and of the original 6 I had 5 with rose combs, but 1 had a single comb. I thought that one was going to be a roo, but she turned out to be a girl with a poor quality comb. All your birds look like pullets to me, but I am no expert on sexing.

I agree with the other posters that have said you have pullets. It is not uncommon for hatchery Wyandottes to have single combs.

Agree on the 5 pullets. My roos combs darn near screamed "Roo" at me!

The SL Wyandotte pullets will show a better black "laced" pattern at that age, the roos will start to get predominately white feathering over their shoulders. Its pretty easy to tell they apart, once you know what to look for!!

I think they are all hens.

The one with the comb looks different because she doesn't have the correct kind of comb for that breed of chicken. The others do. Peacombs develop very slowly, while single combs pop up quickly.
