21 weeks old. I do not know the breed Mom is Andalusian, dad is a black mix.

If pullet when will she lay?

I think it's a male. You should know pretty soon. It will either start crowing or lay an egg. By the looks with that comb and wattles if it is a female should start laying anytime, but I still think it's a male.

Can you get a standing picture of the chicken in profile like my avatar in natural light? We can't really see certain things with the lighting and how the bird is being handled.

However, it does look like a pullet to me.

Looks like a pullet who might be laying soon. I don't see any obvious male traits that you would expect at that age

looks like a pullet from the blurry pics of the rear, but its unusual for a pullet to have that big of a comb. I'd need the better pics too, in natural bright light.

I agree about the comb , her moms comb is crazy big.

Judging from the tail feathers on the back, I would say pullet. They are rounded and flower-petal like rather than pointy and draping.
