Hen or roo?

Goldie, BO around 18 weeks, here has me confused on if she’s a hen or roo. She’s real aggressive to the other hens, tries to peck my kids on occasions but lets us pet her pretty much anytime. And then this morning she was doing some real loud clucking/yelling, it wasn’t a typical rooster sound.

She's a pullet.. Gender specific saddle feathers are present starting around 10-12 weeks and more flowing by 16-18 weeks. See images from google for example..

The comb and wattles red up *about* 4 weeks before the onset of lay in my experience.

ETA: getting real chatty is a sign that laying that may be coming soon for some ladies.
