Hen or Roo?

This little one got caught in a fence and tore its neck up pretty good, so we nursed it back and got it all healed up. However, since doing that... It has become very fond of us. Anyone know if hen or Roo? It would be about 6-7 weeks old.

Also if you have a breed guess that would be amazing also!! Could this be a barnevelder?

It's a pullet. At first I thought it was a black sex link, but the comb indicates it is probably some type of Easter egger. Perhaps an olive egger.
