Hen or rooster welsummer mix?

Is this a hen or rooster. It hatched beginning of April. No eggs yet but the other two are crowing. This one isn't but I'm suspicious.

Crap. This is our first time owning chickens and no hens yet. We've got 4 more that are a few weeks younger so I can't tell at all with those yet.
