Hen or Rooster?

I got this one at approx weeks old, sold to me as an Australorp and a vent sexed hen.

Sooty is now about 8-9 weeks old and starting to get a comb.

Whats your guess??

Sorry, but that is a cockerel... Aussies get big combs pretty quick, but pullets don't get that red that early... they made a mistake... :/
