I had a female chick a few years ago that had thick legs (and she was late to feather out), everyone thought she was a he - turned out she wasn't. As for the posture, I took a lot of pics before I got that one and the others were more upright, too. So, I'm going to remain hopeful (and pray a little, lol)!! I already have a rooster (he's almost 2 years old). I appreciate your thoughts ... I'll let you know what she turns out to be!!With those feathered legs it is hard to tell how thick the legs are. Thick legs often is a clue it could be a boy. At 5-1/2 weeks that comb is still pale but the size indicates it could be a boy. It's upright posture also points to a boy. You notice how the others are kind of bent over.
These are all clues to what it "might be" not a definite "is" but I'd give it a 90% chance of being a boy. Sorry.
