Hen walking with tail down

My golden laced wyandotte has been acting off for a couple of days. Lethargic, not eating much, green diarrhea. Today she's up and about more but is walking with her tail down. I cleaned her up and her vent seems swollen. Any ideas?

Your post lack information. Age, your location. Laying history, and when was last egg. Any shell quality issues. Does her vent smell? What is the blood from, pecking injury? Is the yellow stuff scabbed?

I would wonder if she has vent gleet, a fungal infection. Is there a bad odor, or do her urates tend to leak out? Has she been pecked by the others? The way her vent seems open might be from pecking.

Have you noticed if she prolapsed?

When you give her a cleanup, take some more photos of the vent. Looks like she may have a bit of scabbing and damage from injury/picking.
