You can try to separate any birds who have pox to try and control the spread, but then there can be later problems with reintegration. Betadine can be dabbed onto scabs to help them dry up. If the eyes are affected by the scabs, putting Terramycin (ask for it at feed stores) or Neosporin Ointment into affected eyes can be helpful.

Update my hen that had the swollen face is drinking water with electrolytes and probiotics but I’m not sure if she’s eating

I would look into her beak and throat for any yellow patches if she is not eating. Try offering some chopped scrambled egg, and some wet chicken feed to tempt her to eat.

She did eat some corn and mealworms treats a few days ago
