Hello! This is my first post. I have 5 beautiful - 8 month old buff Brahma hens. 2 of them just started laying about 2 weeks ago and im sure the others will follow suit soon. However, I have 1 brahma that is always the last to run over to me, she is very shy and will not eat out of my hand, and is always in the background of the girls. She also has no noticeable comb or waddle and it's never turned red like the sisters. I got them all from the same batch when they were a few days old, but it seems this one is a bit off. Anyone have any insight? I'll attach a picture of her and her sister who photo bombed. Any help or advice is appreciated. Thank you!

She's probably low bird on the totem pole(pecking order).

How far apart do they typically start laying from each other? I only have 2 out of the 5 laying.
Impossible to tell, could be days or weeks.
