Hen with partly ripped off toenail

Found her this morning with her toenail hanging on- it's maybe 2/3 ripped off and twisted to one side. Her toe has dark red blood on the end. She isn't even limping, tough bird!

Should I finish removing the nail or just leave it alone? I don't want to hurt her but would it make problems to leave it attached?

I would remove the nail. Just cut it off swiftly. One of my chickens had a partially ripped off toenail once. I just trimmed the dangling part off, and applied some BlueKote spray. She was perfectly fine afterwards, and didn't even flinch when I cut the nail off.
