hen with swollen eye

I have a hen whose eye is swelling up. I can see a very small red mark the corner of ur eye. what worries me is that I also see bubbles in her eye. how can I tell if this is a bee sting or spider bite? Any ideas on how to help her? I already cleaned with some water.
