hen with swollen sinus?

I have a one year old Easter Egger that has a swollen area near her eye. I'm guessing that it is her sinus area. When I first saw it, her eye was watery and had bubbles coming from the corner of it. The other side is ok but both sides of her nostrils are a tad bit runny. Discharge is clear. Attached is a picture of bad side. Anyone know what this could be and what to do about it? Thanks in advance.
