Hens crop filling with fluid

I have a hen whose crop fills with muddy/blackish fluid so when I pick her up it comes running out.
She's also being weird. Sitting alone in the hen house, not coming out to be fed and just generally acting odd.

She's been like this for a few days now and the other hens don't seem to have been affected.

Any suggestions?

A friend of mine enlightened me to sour crop which may be the problem you are having. I have a link below which explains it more in detail and tells how to treat. I hope this helps.

Is her poop normal? A blockage in the digestive track will cause her to have watery or no droppings and cause her crop to fill up as its contents have no where to go.. Unfortunately, chickens don't have an innate sense of what it edible and what is not, she could have eaten something that blocked her digestive system. If her poop is normal, I would guess she has sour crop....much easier to treat. Good luck
