All 7 of my 2 year old Red-sex-link hens aren't laying. In fact, I haven't collected a single egg from them in over a month. Could mites be causing this problem? How can I get rid of them?

Do your chickens actually have mites? Have you inspected them and seen mites? Or are you just wondering if they could have them and that might be the problem with their not laying? If they do have mites, there are lots of threads in the Predator and Pest section on mites and how to treat them.

Also, if you are just trouble shooting for ideas on why they aren't laying, do you free range? Has anything about their diet, coop or flock changed?

Not sure about the mites but have you wormed them recently? I know this can cause low egg production.

If one of them has mites they all have mites. Get some sevin dust and treat all your chooks and thourghly clean/dust your coop too.

Okay, thank you.

It is not mites as chickens lay with them all the time. It is the age of your chickens. You have hybreds they quit laying about 2 years old. They are not meant to be kept past that age. You need new chickens.
