Hens not laying

I have 6 hens and one rooster. I only get one egg a day! They have plenty of shade and water and food but they aren't laying!! HELP!!!
 
How old are they? Age is a big factor on laying abilities of hens, Are they being terrorized by the rooster? What kind of hens are they?
