hens not laying

My hens are just sitting in their nesting boxes and not laying any eggs, but they are still getting up after a couple hours. whats wrong with them?

thats what happens me me i just recently cought my chickens eating there own eggs and i dont know what to do

If you have egg eaters it is very hard to break the habit- but you can build roll away nest boxes that allows the eggs to roll to the back and drop down into a collection area, safe from any hungry chickens! Good luck!
