9week old polish chickens. Any idea of the sex?

Shouldn’t they be getting wattles by now if they are roos? Neither have any red or pink showing yet

Since they're bearded they actually won't get any wattles.

I'm not entirely sure on gender, so there's still hope!
Once they reach 12ish weeks old, if they are males, male specific feathering should be coming in, then you should know for sure!

What male specific feathers? One is getting some pin feathers coming in in the back of the crest

Here's a picture:

See how the rooster has long pointy feathers? That's male specific feathering.
