Hens or Roosters?

Which doess not indicate gender for several more weeks.... at the age of these bitters those characteristics are misleading as pullets oftentimes have what are mistaken for emeging sickle feathers. The plumage in referring to is that exhibited by color based sex links, black (m) or salmon (f) breasted breeds like welsummers, salmon faverolles, etc....where feather pattern is gender indicative at this young age

I will pay attention to the difference in comb colors more at this age thanks

It's a lot easier when you have more chicks of both sexes; then the differences pop out at you sooner. Mary

I'm going out on a very short limb here and saying they are both cockerels. At that age, pullets would have very little comb development, and it would be pink, or even orange/yellowish.

I have two very friendly New Hampshire's I hatched from eggs, they're about five weeks old now and I want to know if they're hens or roosters.

I watched A video last night on YouTube and it was pretty helpful there waddles are pretty red they say that means it's A cockerel
