I will pay attention to the difference in comb colors more at this age thanksWhich doess not indicate gender for several more weeks.... at the age of these bitters those characteristics are misleading as pullets oftentimes have what are mistaken for emeging sickle feathers. The plumage in referring to is that exhibited by color based sex links, black (m) or salmon (f) breasted breeds like welsummers, salmon faverolles, etc....where feather pattern is gender indicative at this young age
