Hens trying to kill one

I posted about this earlier but didn't get much response, and the situation is growing worse and worse.

4 of our 7 hens are just out to get one of them, Nina. Whenever she is out (she's separated with one of the friendly ones right now), they literally chase her down and peck her head relentlessly. She has no feathers on the back of her head. Putting blu kote on the would didn't do anything.

They all got along for the longest time; this only started happening in April. I have no idea why they're suddenly trying to kill her and why it's only four of them. The big boss hen doesn't have an issue with her.

She's a super sweet and friendly little hen, so I feel bad keeping her locked up all the time. Any ideas? Or would it be better to find a new home for her?

The best technique is to remove all the bullies. Let the hen in question keep the main coop with any that don't attack her. Let them become best buds and after a few days, return the other hens one at a time, a couple days apart.
