Hen's Weird Eye - Any ideas?

Anyone have an idea about this hens eye? It doesn't seem to bother her, doesn't seem to be getting any worse.

Doesn't look like either illness or injury...maybe genetic? Really don't know but if it doesn't bother her, I wouldn't worry too much. Is she blind on that side?

Does the eye appear to be turning grey in color? If so, it could be ocular marek's...here's a pic:
