Don't know about turkens, but I've had a couple of other breed birds that developed only one wattle on one side. They were purchased chicks so no idea of parent stock traits. I just assumed it was a genetic anomaly. They were otherwise normal.

The wattle is right in the middleIt's a mix if it lays green eggs, or a designer one.
They should have 2 wattles, check to see if for some reason the top one has one just folded against its chin. I had a Phoenix boy that had that happen.

Ok. CoolEEs can have a center wattle. This would be consistent with the green egg. My guess it is genetic.
