Nice one! Must have kept the wife happy that it only took an hour to make![]()
LOL. I am a 49 yr.old woman who has learned to do things myself because the ex-husband never did anything.

UPDATE:
Day 13 - looks like I'm exactly at 50% viable kicking & thriving eggs 16 of 32 - all shipped
Honestly, the time has kind of flown by. Seems strange to think that I'll be going into lockdown late this coming Sunday or early Monday![]()

.OK, candled my 6 Sabelpoot eggs last night, day 7, and looks like 2 are definitely growing well, 1 is a maybe and 3 are definitely not growing or empty. Fingers crossed I get 3 chicks and at least 1 is a hen!
Just received my 12 Pekin eggs so will be setting them first thing in the morning, 12th Sept, after they are rested.
Meanwhile, my 6 chicks from the last hatch, now 12 days old, are all doing great in the brooder!

HaHa! We girls can do these things just as well, if not better, than the guys!![]()
Glad to have you here. I set mine very late in the evening on the 7th, so we are close.I set 42 eggs on the 8th...just an assortment from my EEs and Naked Necks. Hoping to get a good hatch because I always lose a lot of birds during the fall months when the corn fields are high.Glad to be able to join a hatching thread!
