I don't get it! They had perfect air cell gain... they dipped and turned like crazy. I put them into lockdown humidity on day 24 and have been REALLY REALLY good to not open bator. How could they be shrink wrapped??

And since it is only the very beginning of day 26, I have to internal pip them too??

Thanks guys. It's okay. It wasn't long and drawn out. I should have pipped for her sooner. She probably got that fluid in her lungs.

Well, I'll check my sebs tonight again. We have theatre stuff for the girls for several hours, then I'll decide what to do for the sebs. I'm araid if I make a peek hole, the membrain will be white and everything shrinkwrapped. On the other hand, I devoutly hope the little buggers will just come out on their own. If they pip internally, I guess there is hope.

1st one opened. It was turned backwards, slightly shrink wrapped, and I can't save it. Off to try to save the strongest looking one now....

I look forward to doing a follow up in a week with development stats for the 3 sets.  However, since Carole so sweetly sent me TEN eggs instead of 4, it doesn't really matter if the ebay dewlaps develop.

I called carole and she wasn't able to talk yesterday. She was supposed to call me back but never did

Here is the 2nd egg I opened. Shrinkwrapped (but not as bad as my last 2 hatches), but full of fluid when I opened it up. Seems to be doing ok. Turning head and opening beak now.

Dreading going back to open eggs 3-5.....
