r4eboxer,

That is great so we are hatching buddies now that we are both on the same day. No I don't provide food and water but it isn't very far away (maybe eight feet or so). I watched them pretty closely today and one was on the nest until in the early afternoon. Temps here were in the 80's today. As soon as they went in this evening two went in the nest. I have at least 22 eggs in the nest as of the day before yesterday. I noticed that when Pinky got off this morning two eggs were at the very front of the nest box and exposed, but when Orangie got off they were all back where they were suppose to be and covered up. I couldn't see any of the eggs this afternoon when Blackie got off. The geese were named by my daughter and she used the beak colors to name them. The gander is the old jerk, because he likes to challenge her.

Great news psue and Iain, sounds like you're doing well, keep it up! Go babies, go!
