Try listing in the barter section too... or add to your ads that you've already posted that you would be willing to barter the items for
a halping hand and a truck for a few hours of work.. I didn that when I moved.. had a guy that wanted my dog kennel... he helped me move my quail hutches and load a car onto a car dolly and unload that the new place and he took home a really nice dog kennel. Both of us were happy....

Good luck !

Oh and I rented a uhaul truck to move my coop in one piece. I think Penske rents trucks with unlimited mileage.... we nailed a two by 4 to 2 sides of my coop... then four of us lifted it and carried it to the truck ramp.... and slid it up and in......

Offer them $50.00 for the windows and door, chainsaw them out and use them to build your own.

The windows and door have to be at least worth 5 times what they are askling.

Good luck,

David

I'm a new egg here too and no where near you, but I REALLY hope you get that shed! It is just perfect and I SO know how it feels to see something perfect on CL and the right price and it just be almost out of your reach. You can do it, mama.

Here's hoping for you!!

I couldn't do that knowing that I could have the whole thing for $50. Well one drawback is that I don't know the dimensions. I emailed the lady to see if she could get them so I know what size we are dealing with. You obviously know what you're talking about, how hard do you think it would be to disassemble it?

Spending $200 to move it or $200 on new materials to make your own is the same thing to me.

Based on the size of the door I bet the shed is 8'x 10 or 12'

Chainsaw it at the corners so you have 4 side walls, scrap the roof its too hard too save and too heavy to move easily.

Good luck, everybody is rooting for you,

David

Thanks David! From what the lady said it is 8X10. That scraps any idea for uhaul or penske as there's are approx 7' wide at the most.
You know the kicker is both my brothers are in construction! I would go to the ends of the earth and back for them or their families but
would they do that for me? LOL NOT!!!!!
