Heritage Large Fowl - Phase II

Hi,
Today is day zero. My Brinsea counts down the days. No pips when it happened.
Maybe I will dodge a bullet. I sure hope so. I only have 10 chicks by K & S and the
ones inside those eggs are 5 of them.

And they did! All 7 of them right on time! The last of the one month olds move to the garage tomorrow. I have 4 more hatching in about 15 days and then we are done for the year. 30 isn't a lot but it is enough for me. I am liking what I see and excited to see how they grow out. One thing about these small hatches of 3-7 chicks... I have 5 brooders running now and chicks from a few days to a month old so getting to see them all develop in stages. It's very educational.
