Can it hold it's head up now?
Just finish feeding it. It squirms/rolls around once in a while, it picks it's head up and drops in almost immediately. Didn't give it much, but none came back up the pipes this time. I have cephalexin, do you think because of the nature of this injury an antibiotic might be considered a wise precaution? I am very hesitant to use antibiotics because the microbiologist side of me knows how horridly overused they are and the issues that are arising because of it, but I stuffed guts back into a body cavity, using as much sterility as I could...but my home is no OR!

@casportpony how often should I be feeding this fellow?
Tube feeding is contraindicated when they aren't responsive, but I don't see that you have a choice. You could give fluids now, wait 60-90 minutes, give again, then one more time in 2-4 hours.

Start with 0.01 ml and see if it stays down. If it does, increase a little.

I do believe .01 ml is what a line on this syringe is...so I gave a little under that. I really don't have a choice, he can't get hydration or nutrients on his own at this point. What do you think about starting an antibiotic?

Tetracycline probably won't help. What else do you have?

Could be normal green baby poop. Is he looking more alert?
Yes, it's normal green baby poop looking. No, he is not more alret, just the same. Lightly peeping, sleeping and occasionally kicking/wiggling. Eyes closed. How will I know if I aspirate a chick? I'm trying hard not to, but I've only been successful once with not getting any backflow when tube feeding...:hmm
