So @Nifty-Chicken and/or @casportpony what's the scoop on the great reduction of 'guests'(bots)?

No way to know for sure. Could be a million things.

My *guess* is that something changed with web crawlers, AI crawlers, etc., and reduced the numbers.

The reason for so many 'lurkers' is; Google!!!
GOOGLE sends some one who has googled anything about 'chickens' to BYC!
Not everyone wants or needs to join, for a lot of peeps 'why join' if you can get the answers your looking for without joining.

That's what I was thinking!! I don't understand why you have to have an account to get all this awesome info that you want!?
