Well, you guys are doing something right. About 45 of those lurkers are joining every day!

Here's the plan:

1) Convince people to get to the site (search engines, links from other sites, bumper stickers, etc.)

2) Convince them to browse the forum

3) Convince them to sign up

4) Convince them to post and post and post

5) The cycle repeats itself... lather, rinse, repeat!!!

Keep being friendly and helpful to everyone and they will see it and want to join in!!!
